COLLECTIVE CUPPA
Community, connection and a cuppa.
Yorkshire Wellbeing Collective Cuppa Harrogate
Join us for a morning of connection, conversation, and learning with other wellbeing business owners and practitioners.
Our Collective Cuppa meet-ups are relaxed, friendly gatherings designed to nourish both you and your business – whether you’re just starting out or have been running your practice for years.
We’ll also be joined by our guest speaker, Erica Marmai, Relationship Coach, who will guide us through Listening as Repair — exploring how relational safety begins in the nervous system, why difficult conversations can feel so challenging, and practical tools to navigate tension with presence, honesty, and connection.
Date: Friday 6th March
Time: 10am – 12:30pm
Venue: Creative Harrogate
Tickets: £15
Here’s what to expect during our evening together
10:00am – 10:30am: Arrivals and Welcome
Meet like-minded founders, share experiences, and feel part of a supportive community.
10:30am – 11:30am: Listening as Repair with Erica Marmai, Relationship Coach
Explore how relational safety begins in the nervous system. Erica will guide you through why hard conversations feel difficult and how nervous system activation drives disconnection — not a lack of care or communication. Learn practical tools for listening relationally, tuning into your own needs, and repairing connections without blame or self-abandonment.
Through guided self-listening, a short embodied practice, and a Brave Relating exercise, you’ll leave with skills and insights to navigate tension in your personal and professional life, and a renewed sense of support from the community.
11:30am – 12:30pm: Time to chat and connect
Finish the evening with relaxed, friendly conversation. Reflect on the workshop, share ideas, or simply enjoy connecting with fellow wellbeing founders. A supportive space to be seen, heard, and leave feeling part of a like-minded community.
Everyone is welcome
Any wellbeing business owner, practitioner, therapist or coach who wants to feel part of a supportive regional community, grow their connections and feel seen. Anyone who has an interest in wellbeing and connecting with our community is also welcome to join us.

Your host
Hi, I’m Lauren, a wellbeing advocate, Marketing Mentor and Founder of the Yorkshire Wellbeing Collective and Feel Good Yorkshire wellbeing directory. I’m a big believer in the power of community (and a good cuppa!).
I started the Collective Cuppa meet-ups because I know how important it is to have real, human connections when you’re running a wellbeing business. It can feel a bit lonely sometimes, can’t it? These gatherings are all about creating a space where you can show up as you are, meet others who truly get it, and leave feeling uplifted and inspired. I’d love to welcome you along and help you feel right at home.
