A welcoming space for heart-led wellbeing business owners to connect, grow and feel supported.
Join us for a relaxed morning of conversation, connection and shared wisdom with heart-led founders in the helping professions.
Whether you’re just starting your journey or have years of experience behind you, this is a space where you can show up as yourself, build meaningful relationships and feel supported so you can grow your impact.
These gatherings are designed to nourish both you and your business.

Supporting the people who support others.
Our Collective Cuppa mornings are relaxed, welcoming and intentionally designed to feel natural and easy. There’s no awkward networking vibes here or pressured pitching.
10:00am: Arrive and settle in
We’ll gather at The Place cafe inside The Crown Hotel in Harrogate. You’ll settle in with a cuppa – a proper brew, decent coffee or refreshment of your choice.
You’ll be met with welcoming and friendly faces – perhaps some new faces or familiar ones, all connected by a shared passion for wellbeing and meaningful work.
10am and 10:45am: Connection & Conversation
This first part of the morning is all about relaxed conversation and genuine connection. Chat naturally with fellow wellbeing practitioners, therapists, coaches and heart-led business owners, share experiences, exchange ideas and meet like-minded people who truly understand the journey you’re on.
10:45am – 11:30am: A guest speaker
Our guest speakers share some insight and guidance on personal or professional development topics. Speaker to be announced soon!
11:30am – 12:30pm: Continued Conversations & Community
After the talk, there’ll be plenty of time to continue conversations, deepen connections and enjoy the space together.
You’ll leave feeling connected, uplifted and reminded that you don’t have to build your business alone.
Kind words...
We share a mission to create a happier, healthier and more conscious region.
Together, we’re creating ‘The Village’. A place where you and your business feel supported, get discovered and grow in community.
Where wellbeing practitioners grow their impact through connection, collective wisdom, practical support and meaningful relationships.
We come as ourselves – as humans creating heart-led businesses. We share support, know-how, encouraging words, experience and positivity.
We enjoy conversation and connection with like-hearted people.
Through natural conversation, you may meet a future collaborator, referral partner, friend or kindred connection.
We leave feeling uplifted, empowered and ‘lit up’.
We appreciate everyone who comes along to our Collective Cuppa meet-ups.
When we gather our collective experience and knowledge is multiplied, our purpose is activated and we grow our impact. Which is something AI can’t replicate…
We could all try and do it alone and grow in isolation or we can be supported, make the best of the connections around us and multiply our Collective impact.

Hi, I’m Lauren Wood, Founder of the Yorkshire Wellbeing Collective.
I started the Yorkshire Wellbeing Collective because I saw so many amazing wellbeing practitioners in our region doing incredible work… but not enough people knew they existed.
I also noticed that people (like myself) were searching for help with their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing but were overwhelmed with choice, confused by jargon, or don’t know where to start.
The Collective bridges that gap.
We bring wellbeing professionals together so they can be seen, supported and celebrated in business. And we make it easier for the public to find local, trusted support via our wellbeing directory – Feel Good Yorkshire.
It’s such a joy to dedicate my work to supporting those who support others, because together, we can create positive ripples of change, transformation and healing that reach individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
Our Collective Vision
The current way of running a business can often feel disconnected, isolating and overly dependent on algorithms, constant content creation and online visibility.
But meaningful wellbeing work has always grown through human connection, trust and community.
That’s why we’re creating The Village.
A supportive network where wellbeing professionals build genuine relationships, feel less alone in business, and grow through connection rather than competition.
Within the Village, trusted relationships help us become more visible, more discoverable and more deeply connected to the people who need our support most.
Because when we support one another, share opportunities and grow collectively, everybody benefits — practitioners, businesses and the wider community around us.
